Divine Download

This show was truly a divine download. After not painting for several months, I was suddenly flooded with inspiration—an unstoppable rush that carried me back into the studio. My niece had asked me to create a pink painting for her, a color I hadn’t used in years. That pink transformed into gold, the gold into purple, and from there I began experimenting freely. The work poured out of me almost faster than I could keep up.

For me, painting is about exploring mystery and alchemy—the way pigment and water interact, and how that conversation pulls me into dialogue with something greater than myself. Each brushstroke feels like an unfolding conversation with spirit, revealing beauty I could never plan or force.

This body of work has been one of my most spectacular and freeing experiences yet. It has reminded me of the pure joy of creation, the thrill of experimentation, and the deep fulfillment of letting inspiration flow without resistance… and it’s simply divine!
